1.2 "Customer" refers to any person, firm, company or unincorporated association which subscribes to the Service "Sayl Retail".
1.3 "Customer Content" is data, information, file attachments, text, images, personally identifiable information, and other content that is uploaded or submitted by users or collected by users from third parties using Forms or other features of the service.
1.4 "End User" is a user of Customer's mobile webshop/pop-up shop created in the Sayl Retail system.

2. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU
2.1 When visiting or making an order through the Services, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including details such as your name and contact details. We will never ask or store your payment information, this is done on the platform of the payment providers that are linked to Sayl Retail. We may also collect information about your usage of the Services and information about you from the messages you post to our Services and the emails or letters you send to us.
2.2 When accessing our website information and/or services using mobile digital routes such as mobile, tablet or other devices/technology including mobile applications, the Company's data collection and usage as set out in this privacy policy will apply in that context too. Technical information from your mobile device or your use of our services through a mobile device, for example, location data and certain characteristics of, and performance data about your device, carrier/operating system including device and connection type, IP address, mobile payment methods, interaction with other retail technology such as use of NFC Tags, QR Codes or use of mobile vouchers may also be collected.
2.2 When accessing our website information and/or services using mobile digital routes such as mobile, tablet or other devices/technology including mobile applications, the Company's data collection and usage as set out in this privacy policy will apply in that context too. Technical information from your mobile device or your use of our services through a mobile device, for example, location data and certain characteristics of, and performance data about your device, carrier/operating system including device and connection type, IP address, mobile payment methods, interaction with other retail technology such as use of NFC Tags, QR Codes or use of mobile vouchers may also be collected.

3.3 End Users can opt-out of Infinity Mobile's automatic retention of data collected through their web browsers while on Customer's mobile and web properties or webshops that have the Services integrated by visiting https://saylretail.com/optout. To track opt-outs, Infinity Mobile uses a persistent opt-out cookie placed on devices of End Users. Infinity Mobile opt-out cookies will not stop Customer from sending other data about that End User from Customer's servers to Infinity Mobile, nor will it prevent any other data collection methods.
3.4 Customer agrees to provide appropriate notices to its End Users about, and if required by applicable laws obtain appropriate consent from such End Users for, Customer's information collection and use practices relating to Customer's use of the Services and Customer's use of cookies for tracking purposes. Appropriate notices may include notice in the form of a privacy policy posted on Customer's site, in Customer's mobile application, and/or, if Customer uses Infinity Mobile Messages (as discussed in further detail below), in the emails Customer sends through the Application Services. Customer also agrees to include a notice about the Company opt-out for Customer's site and the Infinity Mobile opt-out link in Customer's privacy policy or in a notice on Customer's website(s). Customer will also inform its End Users that if they get a new computer, install a new browser, erase or otherwise alter their browser's cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers) they may also clear the Company's opt-out cookie.
