2 April 2021Infinity Mobile has come to an agreement with
Becommerce and
Mastercard Belux for an initiative where Becommerce will help and guide small business owners to start selling online. For this initiative, the Sayl Retail e-commerce platform will be used while the commercial name will be '
Ezyshop'.
For the Ezyshop project,
Becommerce has come to terms with the
Mastercard Foundation which aims to increase digitalisation around the world. In many countries the chasm between mature digital players and non-mature or pre-mature digital businesses is growing. These pre-mature digital businesses require more guidance, advice and support how to set up their business in a world where digital sales channels have become a necessity.
Thanks to this collaboration, small business owners signing up for Ezyshop will receive 2 months the Pro plan of Sayl Retail for free, become a member of Becommerce for 1 year for free, receive personal guidance and advice on their ecommerce business plan for free, and receive free email credits from
myMailMarket, a Belgian email marketing platform.
Geert Roete, CEO of Infinity Mobile: "We are happy we could launch this project with Mastercard after discussions that already started end of last year. The search for a strong not-for-profit partner resulted in the Belgian Becommerce organisation, which should be the ideal partner to further spread the word on digitalization and ecommerce in Belgium."
