During the trial period of 14 days, you can test all the functionalities of the platform. When you convert to a paying plan, you will only be charged at the end of the 14 days.

You're not satisfied with the service?
No worries! Sayl Retail doesn't charge extra to cancel your subscription. Of course, you have to pay until the end of your subscription period. Attention, the cancellation must be done at least 7 days before the renewal date.

This is perfectly possible, and fully explained on the connect your domain page. This functionality is only possible in the paying plans.

The transaction fee is a volume based fee, or "usage based" fee. We have customers with low traffic, and also customers with a lot of traffic. It would not be fair that the customer with a million visitors is paying the same cost as someone with 100 visitors, simply as the hosting provider is charging us for bandwidth, cpu and disk usage.
Hence we introduced a transaction fee, which is fair to all parties.

In Sayl Retail you can make 1 big shop, or you can define multiple small campaign shops for a long or short period. Also if you make a post in the Sayl Retail Post-A-Shop app, it will automatically create a pop-up shop. We call these webshops "pop-up shops". You can link your pop-up shops to all the sales channels we support.

That question is fully up to you. Some of our clients have 1 webshop and link it to their domain name or to some of their channels, some of our clients have 1 pop-up shop per sales channel. Some clients run a lot of Facebook ads and per ad they create a shop, ... so it's really depending on your strategy.

Yes we do. A virtual service is anything that you sell which can not be picked up or delivered at your door. A good example would be a webinar, or a song, or a consultancy of 1 hour... So yes, we do support it.

We support pick lists. You can define the picking sequence of each product and when you receive an order, you will have a pick list with sequenced all the items that must be picked.
